Short and sweet: these terms apply to everything you order here – as long as you're buying as a private individual.

What's shown in the shop is an invitation – not a contract, not a blood pact. When you click “Order”, you're offering me the deal. I say “yes” when you receive my order confirmation by email.
All prices are final prices (VAT is already included, if applicable at all). Shipping costs are stated crystal clear before you pay – no “surprises”.
You can pay by prepayment, PayPal or the methods stated in the shop. With prepayment I only ship once the money is in my account – magic tricks yes, clairvoyance no.
I ship to the address you provide. You'll find delivery times with the product. If something is ever unavailable, I'll let you know right away – then the matter is settled before it causes trouble.
Until you've paid, the stuff officially stays mine.
As a private customer you have your statutory right of withdrawal – explained cleanly in my right-of-withdrawal notice.
The statutory rules apply. If something's wrong, tell me – I want satisfied customers, not defect statistics.
I'm fully liable if I mess up intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, only for the essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and only within the scope of foreseeable damage. For everything else: no liability.

And now in plain language: pursuant to § 36 VSBG I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If there's ever a problem, we'd rather talk directly – it saves time, nerves and paperwork.
