You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days—no reason needed, no drama. Tough for me, but that’s life.
The period begins on the day you (or someone you’ve authorized—who isn’t the postal worker) takes delivery of the goods.

Important: It’s enough if you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
I’ll refund all payments I’ve received from you—including delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than the one I offer).
You’ll get your money back promptly, no later than 14 days after I receive your withdrawal notice.
I’ll use the same payment method as your purchase, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. No extra costs for you.
I may withhold the refund until I receive the goods back or you provide proof of return—whichever comes first.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send them before the 14-day period ends.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You’re only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling the goods beyond what’s necessary to test them as you would in a store.
You don’t have a right of withdrawal if you purchase digital content (not on a physical data carrier) and I’ve begun delivery after you’ve explicitly consented to me starting before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Additionally: If you buy CDs, DVDs, USB sticks, or other sealed data carriers and remove the seal, you can’t return them! Imagine going to a restaurant, eating your entire meal, and then saying, “Wasn’t really my thing—I’d like a refund.” That’s not how it works here either.
